        I paid 21 for two items and they didn't clean them at all! They don't smell clean and there are still stains. I'm going to open a dispute with my card company - this is a blatant rip off Edit: I took it back and asked for it to be recleaned. They did reclean it but tried to charge me again insisting that you have to bring it back within 24 hours if they're going to reclean it for free to rectify their own mistakes. They never mentioned this to me. Avoid!

        Brought a belted trouser with a fabric belt to dry clean, when picking it up the belt was missing. The guy was extremely rude claiming the belt was never there. Terrible customer service, amateur laundry.
