We had a patchy experience with Winkworth. Struggling to sell our flat (partly because the first year was in the heart of covid) we tried in two different years with them. In the first year Hamish was fantastic, really clear, friendly and helpful. We had regular communication from him and what felt like clear and honest advice during a difficult time in the market being in the summer between COVID lockdowns. Because of this experince we returned the next year when our service from Michael was less helpful. We found him really difficult to get a hold of throughout the eight weeks, with emails not answered or answered incredibly slowly. He didn't offer clear and proactive advice like the year before and we switched to Dexter's as soon as possible, who were much more proactive and helped us to a sale. That second experience was really frustrating and a stark difference from the service we received from Winkworth the year before with Hamish, who was great.

Our agent Chloe Everitt was outstanding. From the start of the process & throughout (even when out of the office on sick leave). Without Chloe & her guidance, proactiveness & constant communication between both parties our sale would not have gone through as quickly as it did. I cannot say enough about this woman, she is incredible. Knowledgable, professional & so personable. I'm sure she will go on to do great things in her industry & if I worked in the same profession I'd be snapping her up for my team in a nano second! Thanks Chloe, it was a pleasure dealing with you.

Chloe Everitt went above and beyond in ensuring the sale went through. It was not without its bumps along the way (completely outside of her control), but she nonetheless did everything she could to proactively progress things. Would recommend to anyone.
