        Nightmare experience with Stella. Needed a last minute end of tenancy clean, so booked Stella. Our agents informed us that upon inventory check the flat was filthy, requiring them to book in new cleaners to do a proper job at the expense of our deposit. Skirting boards had not been dusted, cupboards still had dust inside and the shower basins had marks that simply needed a good wipe. The oven had not been cleaned at all. We did not get the services we paid for. As we needed in emergency I hadnt properly checked other reviews but it is clear that this isnt the first client this has happened to. Avoid at all costs.
