Avoid at all costs! Appalling service. In fact, Im astonished this business is still running. I only wish I had read the reviews before I made the mistake of entrusting them with my clothing. (To be honest, I didnt appreciate how badly a cleaning service can get it wrong.) Would have submitted a photo, but threw my ruined clothes in the bin before deciding to review this place. Just dreadful. Service: Laundry wash & fold

Paid for a new zip. It broke the same day and they refused to fix it or refund. Super rude people

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! I've never written a negative review before, but my experience here was bad enough to justify it. I used them to fix the zipper on a pair of jeans, which literally broke again as soon as I put them on. When I confronted them about this and politely asked for a refund, they mocked me and told me to leave. I can't believe a business with such bad customer service is still around. Terrible quality, terrible service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Rude and misogynistic staff, who - in response to a completely reasonable request for a refund (which was eventually granted) - first refused it in a disrespectful and confrontational way, then reluctantly granted it whilst continuing to be rude/unpleasant.
