Lees Newsagents (The Observer)

I went to Lees Newsagents with what I thought was a parcel pickup code and the man in the shop told me politely that it wasn't the right code that I had showed him and therefore he couldn't hand over the parcel. I left the shop feeling angry and fed-up as i wanted my grandsons Christmas present. the next day I received the code he was asking for and when I went back to collect my parcel once again the same man in the shop was very pleasant and gracious regarding my mistake.

Like other reviewers, had a negative experience when picking up a CollectPlus parcel today. The man at the counter told me the system wasn't working and to come back later. Having read the reviews, I politely insisted that he looked for my parcel, as it had been delivered the previous day. After 5 minutes he found it. I'm relieved but won't be using this store again.

Absolute joke of a place, I came to pick up a parcel and was told the system wasn't working. After asking multiple times to at least try as I had to pick up the parcel it turns out nothing was broken, the guy simply didn't want to give me the package and didn't know where it was! I was told once again to just come back later as he didn't know where it was. The person on the till then absolutely ignored me and started talking with other customers. Had to wait almost 10 minutes to receive my "lost" parcel... never again
