We were there last night with a party of 40. Fantastic night staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable occasion for Auntie Maureen's 80th birthday. Food delios and well presented. Thanks to you all. Would definitely recommend. Kid-friendliness: The children were made very welcome and were able to get jugs of orange juice which is great when you have around 10 children to serve.

A nice convenient pub located on the haven site! A decent size as well so usually plenty of space to sit! Food and drinks are reasonable priced as well considering being a site pub! There are regularly deals on also such as to main meals with drinks for 15 and kids eat for a 1 but these are usually on certain days and time of the week

My wife went in and asked about a table for 10, and straight away the lady sorted it. All the staff was brilliant & polite. Food came fast and was cooked fine. Thank you

First time at haven, it's great but this restaurant isn't the greatest, we only had desserts, myself had the sharing chocolate fondue and caramel fondue, it came mostly cold although i would've assumed by the description it was supposed to come warm, my friend had the cheesecake, was alright but she said it still tasted frozen. Food came first before the 2 drinks, 1 being a coffee and the other a diet coke. Servers didn't seem very bothered, found out from a server we had to pay at the till, nothing else was said, i mentioned my food and she had no clue what to do. Don't think we'll be back

Food was good, service was okay but the thing that gets me is shutting at 8:00 when your on holiday. I think its a ridiculous closing time and also if you want food you have to get there before 7:45. We was having a laugh and a couple of drinks and all of a sudden a security guard came over to us to say that weve got to leave because its shutting at 8:00. Honestly theres more security at this Haven than at a football match. Dont really understand why.
