Went to the pub today for a beer and a snack. We ordered 2 pints of ale which were both served warm and therefore un-drinkable, we asked for a menu and were given the a la carte, no snacks or sandwiches? We decided to leave and paid 11.40 for our cask ales (although we didnt drink them and we told the bar man why, he simply said he would tell his Manager!) Beautiful re-fit, poor customer service!
