I have always been very happy with the service from no letting go in Walthamstow. Really friendly helpful staff, good communication and have been extremely accommodating when appointments have had to be adjusted etc, They have never let me down. The reports are clear, detailed and promptly sent. I highly recommend them as a very reliable choice.

We have used Ann at No Letting Go for all of our fully managed, rent receipt and tenant find properties- of which we have over 300; attention to detail is second to none. Ann and her team are a pleasure to deal with, accompanied by a can do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. Obtaining an independent inventory and check-in at the start of a tenancy and a check-out report upon the expiry, is the only way a landlord can safeguard their property and evidence any deductions required from a security deposit. Would highly recommend to any landlords or letting agents looking for a professional inventory service. Ann is our first port of call!

Martin & Co have worked with No Letting Go for over 9 years now and cannot express how happy and pleased we are with Ann Ennis and her professional team. Their service is exemplary and very thorough, which in this field this is certainly something we depend on.
