My son went to St Andrews pre-school for 5 weeks. All this time we have been lied to by the manager that they are waiting for public liability insurance as my son has medical needs and they made me attend every day for the duration of his stay. Our healthcare professionals have confirmed there is no need for any additional public liability insurance and they have provided the pre-school all medical training required. In fact they have never provided any care for him, it all was done by me and they were getting funding for this. Until we have made a complaint, then suddenly I was no longer required to stay with him. but we have taken him out as we lost the trust and my son has missed out on opportunity to settle to going back to nursery like other children do and had to go back on waiting lists for other places.

My son went to St Andrews pre-school for 5 weeks.
