During the recent 2018 World Cup, Dave and his team renovated the flat roof which encircles my mother's house. The roof extends from over the garage, around the side and over the kitchen. From Dave's original estimation, the entire roof would need to be re-laid, but the primary concern had been a bad gutter which had leaked into the garage. At eacj stage Dave invited me to view the work and I saw that the majority of the roof had been created using MDF boards (basially sawdust compressed with glue to make a board) which were wholly unsuitable. Equally I saw that where the leak had occured the supporting joists had become rotten. Although this looked like it was going to be a bigger job than originally quoted (no fault of Epping Roofing I should add) the team discovered that proper hardwood boards had been used across the main part of the garage. Dave therefore suggested that we leave these as the wood was sound, re-cover them to make them watertight and instead focus on cutting out the bad joists and replacing them. This was all completed on time and to the same budget agreed - all despite how anxious they all were to be able to watch the football :) The service was first class, the communication was great, despite our family not always being there the team handled every element with no hassles and the finished work was everything you could hope for. Add into that the fact that the costs could have spiralled when we discovered the bad joists, I can honestly recommend Epping Roofing to anyone. Great work!

Very pleased with our service from Epping Roofers. Jake and his team were very helpful and quick to respond to our call out having had a leak on our roof. Workers were pleasant and polite, and the job was completed swiftly and professionally. A decent amount charged for call out too.
