        This has been my GP surgery for 5 years and they have always given me amazing care. The ladies at reception are particularly great- extremely helpful and very kind. The new facility on St Andrews Road is very nice.

        I had very good experience with the doctors at this practise, however the receptionist are not very professional at all. Once i sat in the waiting room for around 30 minutes waiting for my appointment and overheard conversations with patients, every other word was love and darling and in very patronising manner. When she finished each call she discussed the call with her colleague at the reception desk and rolled her eyes too. I felt very uncomfortable sitting there having to hear this and feel sorry for people calling, thinking these are people concerned about their health looking for help.
