Dr Shui is very good and professional if you get to speak to her or need you need anything, but to get in touch with one of the dr is a total nightmareMonique is one of the terrible and the most rude person I probably ever speak to..absolutely terrible attitude and rude behaviourclearly she doesnt know how to handle by working with people and she believes shes the boss of everyoneZERO clinical knowledge but she believes shes the masterTerrible person and character!

Dr E Shui is the best doctor ever!. She is a true DOCTOR someone who cares for her patients and their wellbeing, its not just a job or you feel you are an inconvenience to her. She doesnt rush and she listens, and listens with care and concern. I have never really known a doctor like this and I have seen a few over the years!. I am so glad that she took over this practise many moons ago!, the only sad part is that she is sooooo busy and on demand that its really hard to book to see her!. So when we do get to speak to her its a blessing. She is amazing and we really appreciate her, and all the support she has given us over the years.... A true gem!. Thank you Dr shui! X
