        Sheila is an amazing and highly experienced yoga teacher. The studio is superbly equipped with everything needed for a yoga class, it is clean, light and airy. It is friendly and the yoga classes are great.

        No matter your age and experience and why you want to do yoga this is a place to go! Teachers with deep knowledge of yoga practice and philosophy and human body. From my experience these don't come as a package often.

        Excellent teacher working in a beautiful studio with plenty of equipment. Sheila is very good at helping everyone understand and improve, including those less able. The best teacher I have ever had.

She operates from a wonderful light filled studio which has an aura of peace and tranquility. To me the whole experience of her classes over the years helps me in all aspects of life.
