I ordered 2 sets of scales from this company. Did a little bit of online research and they seemed legit. The items arrived promptly, however there was an issue with one of the scales. I contacted them and within a couple of days they had replied and sent a new set of scales which also arrived promptly. When tested the scale were fairly quite accurate and responsive. Quite impressed with their customer service and would definitely use them again.

I bought a scale from them. Before buying the product, I enquired them few times. They were so quick in responding . I was so impressed with their customer service. After a few weeks, i encountered a small problem with the scale. I contacted them and they immediately assured me to replace this with a new one. Initially, I thought they would just argue with me about handling ..Or further clarification. . What a fantastic people . I will recommend this to others and continue buying from them if I need other stuff. Good luck on them.

Can not fault these guys or their products. As a retailer of on balance scales I honestly have to say they are by far customers favourite brand and the brand we sell the most of. Keep up the good work guys. Recommend to anyone. Peace and love from the dudes at pipedreams @pipedreemz420
