        I bought a water widget for 4-99 + VAT (5-99) which was advertised on their web-site. The picture shows a widget that looks like it's made of metal, but on receipt it turned out to be grey plastic (even though it's described as 'chrome'). I admit the web-site does mention ABS which is a plastic but I didn't notice, and I was expecting a metal widget. I paid 3-00 + VAT for postage (3-60) which actually cost 83p. The total came to 9-59 which is an extortionate amount to pay for a bit of plastic worth a few pence. I did phone to complain, and the very nice lady just offered me a full refund which is fair except I want one of these devices and cannot find one anywhere else. I suppose they have a monopoly.
