        I called to find out if there was a particular part I desperately needed to repair my Sons S60, everywhere else told me it would take 7 days to get the part in, when I spoke to Adrian at High Wycombe, he said Ill try my best to get the part in today, not only did he get the part that day, he kept me updated. The part arrived at the exact time he said it would, and because of Adrian, we managed to get my Sons car back on the road, as he needed his car for work on Monday. Thank you ever so much Adrian for your excellent customer service, and going that extra mile. Regards a very happy customer. George
