I like to thank Holly & Cliff, at this excellent VW van centre, for their professional and exemplary service. I used to work in a dealership many decades ago and understand the pressure the staff are constantly under. They always try to help when most needed. They are the the epitome of professionalism, Many thanks, Tony the pest controller.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I would avoid CityGate Woburn Green Van Dealership because of my own experience there. I purchased a brand new VW van which had a few issues with it on delivery. When I asked for these to be fixed promptly on the day of delivery (given that the van was brand new), they were unhelpful. I complained about this and their attitude, and have had no resolution offered. They are good at selling things but their aftercare was woeful. Can you explain or justify your response !!

Walked in to buy a new car, waited at reception and no one attended to me. Staff were sitting in glass cubiles on laptops, one staff member came to attend to another college as i was waiting however did not ask if i needed help. Guy sitting on top level could see me waiting but nothing, obviously they don't need the business.
