        The staff are professional but always welcoming. My Bertie is always happy to go to the vets and get fussed my the staff. They are warm , gentle and caring with my Bertie.

        Dusty's favourite place is probably not the vets!, however she becomes calm once she is in the consultation room. I like to see the same vet for Dustys treatment, so am happy to visit any of the Crossroads branches, if the vet is located elsewhere than her usual branch. When visiting the Veterinary clinics, the welcome is always friendly, the advice, consultation and treatment is informative and professional. From reception to clinic I feel Dusty is in the right place. I would recommend taking your pet to this establishment.
