**After few calls, they refunded half of the payment which was an improvement in how they treated their customers. I keep my original review and added this bit to give you an update. Also adjusted the number of stars from ONE to TWO** Just read their terms and conditions to avoid any rip offs. Was punished with very unfair policies cause I cancelled less than 48hrs they refunded 0 out of a 150 booking. People in emergency situations do not have time read terms and conditions and that's where these people are cash in. I could accept some cancellation fee for admin charge etc but zero refund is just super harsh. All slots for the same day was open from morning till end of business time so it was not like that I denied another potential customer from paying them. I could not understand why they had to charge me full for something that costed them nothing. Harsh unfair rip off from people in desperate need of a test due to emergency situations.

Absolutely exceptional service - we had our certificates back just over half an hour after completing the tests for a family of five. Highly recommended!
