Took my booking and agreed to beat a quote from another company I had by 10. The day before the booking they then demanded proof of this quote which I gave them. They said this wasn't valid as it was from a booking company, rather than one who own their own coaches. Despite me naming the company within the first email for a quote match.
Demanded 600 extra for this. Alternative was a 50% refund.
Refused to refund me via bank transfer, only paypal.
I was lucky enough to get some of my money back.
I'm certain that there is no coaches and nothing would have turned up on the day.
