Awful company, Graham in particular is horrendously bad. The way in which this Graham at the company REFUSED to go into an interview that he had booked with me, all because of my 'appearance' (eventhough I was dressed with a tucked in shirt and trousers). Extremely concerning behaviour. They still wasted over an hour of my time and got another individual to go into the interview room with me, and told me after the interview the horrendous reason Graham did not go in. Also Laura stop lying for this company, this is exactly the reason that was forwarded over from Graham himself, and then he laughably tried to threaten me with legal action, but of course backtracked as he was in the wrong. Graham had an interview scheduled with me, refused to go into the interview room because of my appearance (his words not mine). This is the only reason they gave, along with some other nonsensical point about how I 'lived too far away' eventhough they knew where I lived before the interview. Pathetic. Likely illegal.

I've been using 5G for about 15 years now and I have always been very pleased with their service. Recently we had an issue on our main line and I contacted Emma Nolan who had helped me set up our account all those years ago. Emma gave me immediate help, called me back with an update and sent me an email when the problem was resolved, all within a matter of hours! I highly recommend this company and am pleased with the inexpensive rates! Many thanks to Emma and the entire 5G team!
