        It was time to picked me up and I didnt received text that the taxi arrived so I phoned the company and asked if the taxi was on his way but instead I received a rude answer and straightly cut off the phone. Will never use this taxi company again.

        Fantastic service this morning for our trip to London to our Hotel , lovely friendly driver who got us through in no time , sent us a perfect car , could not rate them higher. Would recommend & use again . Thank you Royal cars .
