        The receptionist is rude and has no customer service skills. Over charged me and when I rang to complain she said I will give you back half . Avoid this company they make up the prices as they go along.

        Apsolutely DISGUSTING customer service. I am appalled by the receptiist lack of manners and direct rudeness, often hanging up on customer/customers whilst they were in mid sentence then refusing to answer the phone causing a very important appointment to be missed.

        Had a return cab booked from Gatwick airport and when we arrived, the company stopped answering our calls and hadnt arrived. They left us at the air port at 1am with no way home, stay far away from this cowboy taxi company
