        Absolutely fantastic service. We phoned and enquired about availability, rather than make false promises the operator said he'd ring back and find where the drivers were. He then phoned back to say 45 minutes which we accepted and settled down to wait. That was when customer service went from good to exceptional. They phoned and said they would be 5 minutes, arrived in a beautiful, clean, Mercedes and proceeded to drive us 35 miles on a wet and miserable night. It was actually the dispatcher himself who came and rescued us. He was a great driver and lovely company. Great service, highly recommend.
