        Don't use them! Taxi booked for 5:15 airport transfer on New Year's Day never came. No-one answered the phone. Left me stranded. Still no explanation or apology. Will never use them again. Nor should you

        I booked online for a taxi to a hospital where I was having an eye operation. I followed up the booking with a phone call and to also explain that there would be a return as well. On the day...no taxi, no phones answered. So I had to drive to the hospital and arrange my car and myself to be collected that night by family. You obviously cannot rely on this company .
