All the staff were so great putting my little girl (7) at ease with her decision to get her ears pierced. Kelly and her colleague were so professional and they expertly pierced both ears at exactly the same time, meaning my daughter only had to be brave once. The needle piercing means the earrings can have completely flat backs, so much more comfortable than the gun piercing studs! Daughter is very happy, highly recommend. Service: Ear piercing

While the overall design and tattoo done by this shop were fine, I had a frustrating experience with getting some touch-up work done. My tattoo had faded a little bit (not the shop's fault), so I reached out to the artist to see if they could touch it up for me. Unfortunately, it took over almost a month to get a response from them despite multiple messages and visits to the shop. While I understand that artists can be busy and may have other clients to attend to, the lack of communication was very frustrating. I had to constantly follow up with them just to get a response, which made me feel like my business wasn't a priority. When we finally did schedule a time for the touch-up work, the artist did a good job, but it was a hassle to get to that point. Overall, I'd say that if you're willing to be patient and persistent, this shop can provide decent tattoo work.
