Great swimming school! Very personal to each child in their care. Constantly reviewing my childs ability week upon week and moving her up a level accordingly. They even sent a birthday card which my daughter loved. I find it great value for money and i am impressed with their personal touches.

Prices are not competitive, works out 17 per lesson. Which is the most expensive in area. I booked in haste with these guys without shopping around. They offer no resolution and are never available to assist on phoning. My call has ALWAYS redirected to over flow who cant even tell me what time a lesson is on the day, at the venue. Twice I've called withbsuch questions and the assistant has said she doesnt know and to check the website. On asking if she has access to the site she has said no and told me someone will call me back. Calls are returned the next day. Now obviously that is of no use to anyone if you're calling to report an absence due to sickness on the day. If your child has a cold and temperature, you will simply lose your payment. However, if you wanted to switch lessons, there is always availability on another slot but they cant rearrange in the week for a poorly child. It is honestly ridiculous how there is a complete lack of service from the staff. Furthermore the prices and package is not explained well at all and I've been messed around with that as well.
