Would give this place 0 stars if i could.... Terrible service. Web page is misleading stating opening times at 8:30am, but if you want to book an appointment you can't actually do anything until 9am. When you do get through you are more likely to be in a queue for 30 minutes only to be told they are no longer taking appointments for that day when they eventually do pick up the phone. Even for a young child of two, you cannot make an appointment. Instead its 111 and possibly a best part of the day at the hospital. No empathy.

I ring the reception for the appointment which phone consultation for 5 weeks later. I think I got UTI or cystitis, no urgent but annoying. So I try to ring at 08:30 for an appointment. At the beginning, it said appointment is full which the time is 08:33. Even you can quene from no.30 and wait for over an hour. The reception was told you the Dr appointments was full. Call back 08:30 tomorrow. It's really doesn't help anything.

A few years ago back in the day of Dr Burton, and Dr Begley the surgery was good. Sadly it's now pointless. Appointments are impossible to get. They used to have an online booking system, which has now gone? Going backwards instead of forwards? Doesn't make much sense? If you have a problem where you need to be seen the same day,(If you're the lucky one to get through) you're generally told to go to A&E, I'm not sure if these Doctors actually see any patients? My husband was recently asked his GP's name, but he doesn't have a clue, as he's never been able to see a Doctor there since Dr Begley left? When I was seriously stressed, not sleeping at all, and feeling very overwhelmed, I managed to get through 2 years ago, and had a phone consultation 4 days later, with no help offered. I wouldn't recommend this surgery to anyone now.
