Spent money on anti theft barriers, so many products are on the outside of the barriers, why? There is one narrow barrier to get out of if you decide you don't want to buy anything, seems more like they're forcing you to buy something to get out. They've not to fix the lifts that are constantly broken, escalators have always are turned off, the toilets that are Filthy with broken emenities, walls that are damaged. They've shut the cafe and deli counter down.

One of the better supermarket's over it's rival Tesco and usually prefer getting my shopping here. Although lately everything seems so "slap dash" especially the fruit and veg aisles with stuff reduced that is all soggy, are they that desperate to get rid of it? Can't be passing the food hygiene standards surely?! Also can't help but mention some of the staff/security are quite anti-lgbtq+ and always stare you down like a hawk if you're not seen as normal whatever normal is.

Be prepared that your access in and out is restricted now...so to get out you have to scan your receipt (bought products) to get out..so always print your receipt.
