Really convenient little Waitrose. Has most of the staples, but range is a bit limited by virtue of it being a small store. Staff are always friendly although sometimes have to wait for someone to arrive to take payment as they're managing a lot with a small team

Some of the staff here are just plain rude. Had a horrible experience about 12 months ago with someone with a really terrible attitude.The coffee machine was not working so I asked if I could have a note on my receipt to get my free (when you spent 30 on fuel) coffee next time. She pulled a face and said no. I asked what the problem was and she said 'its a VERY strange request' Today I picked up a couple of cheese straws. There was only three left and I didn't touch anything except what I picked up. When I took them to the till Georgina said 'did you not see the tongs??' When I said yes, but I didn't touch anything except what I picked up. She pulled a face and said 'well...' After a difficult day it was the last thing I needed

Horrendously rude and moody staff every morning! They dont make you feel welcome, never a smile, never are hello how are you. One member of staff literally snatches item out of your hand and then throws them back at you. There is always something broken. If its not both coffee machines then its the fridges in the store and then in the back room that take forever to be fixed. If it wasnt so local and handy I would never ever come back. There is a couple of members of staff that are fantastic but unfortunately thats just not good enough.
