        Took my evri parcel to the store, & they refused to take it, even though it says they accept evri parcels to be collected by evri. Customer service is shocking! They saw its a large parcel and couldn't be bothered to to accept it as it meant they had to do some work. In the end I took it to another parcelshop and they accepted it with a smile. I won't be using this store again!
