We bought a new build modern property 8 years ago with a striking Kevala designed staircase installed. We love the design and have been happy with the build quality. Just this week we had one handrail fixing come loose and were pleased to find that the Managing Director came personally with 3 days to fix the problem. Wish that all our suppliers and contractors were as responsive and competent. Well done, and thanks!

I am current receiving a very poor service. The stairs were originally incorrect due to them incorrectly measuring. The revisit with the corrected stairs has been half done. They requested the final payment before the revisit, confirming they had all the materials and confirming the install date. Yet 7 weeks on I have heard nothing. They are holding up building control, which in turn is holding up occupation and the temp balustrade (lightweight timber and ply) is half missing and certainly not strong enough causing an unsafe site and impacting other trades. David Saw the Managing Director provides zero communication. They continually attempt to blame supply chain (glass) which is not in short supply and not on long lead.
