I came to Chris after I had none stop back ache. I was under the NHS with medication and paying privately for massages to try and help ease it but nothing worked. When I attended my first appointment with Chris he was very welcoming, professional and talked me through what was happening to course my pain. After and hours treatment I felt relaxed and my pain had gone. I went a whole year without any problems to my back and I'm so grateful to Chris for helping me sort it out again. Will defiently return if I need to again.

Over the the last 20 years I've used various physiotherapists with mixed results. That was until I started going to Chris four or so years ago. I feel an improvement after every session and his dry needle acupuncture is particularly beneficial. I have no hesitation in recommending this thoughtful, personable and effective young man (I can say that as he is only half my age). Thanks Chris.

Chris is a great therapist and he sorted out my back problem over a couple of visits, he also provided exercises to do to continue improving my back. I would highly recommend Chris.

I have found Chris to be very reliable, polite, knowledgable and capable. I have had chronic neck, shoulder and upper back pain and limited mobility and stiffness for many years and he relieved most of the pain in the first session. I have been seeing him for several months now and the pain has virtually gone. My shoulder mobility has increased, the stiffness has decreased and my posture has improved. I also find Chris to be kind understanding and patitient. I have been extremely pleased with what Chris has done to help me and as a result my qualtity of life has signicantly improved.
