Active Healthcare

After being recommended active healthcare and seeing the reviews I brought my husband here who was getting absolutely no diagnosis from the GP (when we did manage to get one from them it was completely wrong) and after being in the waiting list for the hospital for so long my husband could no longer take the pain in his back and leg. Im so glad I came here as my husband saw Alexis here and we got a diagnosis within minutes which was then proven to be 100% accurate when we got a private MRI from elsewhere. Alexis is absolutely amazing and a really great guy he is very knowledgeable and caring he helped my husband get back on his feet. My husband is being helped every step of the way. And I couldnt thank active healthcare or Alexis enough.

Amazing team who I can't recommend enough. Contacted James for a shoulder injury which he diagnosed very quickly. Gave me exercises to complete. On my return visit a couple of months later after following his instructions, all was fixed. I still go to see him once a year for a MOT check and for any injury flare ups. James and his team are brilliant at what they do and always provide excellent advice in order to make sure I maintain and look after my body correctly.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my father who has been treated by both James and Natalie. In November 2021 my father came home from his allotment reeling in pain. He went to bed and was unable to get out of bed for the next 2-3 months. After managing to get his MRI done it transpired he had 3 slipped discs. He is a very active man and we were shocked when he couldn't walk or get out of bed due to the immense pain he was in. He had Oestepathic treatment from another practitioner who I've recommended to many people who she has always been able to heal but she was unable to do anything for dad. Out of sheer luck, my sister obtained James phone number and we asked him for his help as the advice we had from every doctor and practitioner was for him to go under the knife and have an operation. James made a exception for us as he knew how desperate we were to get dad help and did a home visit, solely as dad was unable to move. After the first treatment, my dad felt a significant difference and after 2 days was able to walk down the stairs for the first time in 10 weeks. He has since been treated by both James and Natalie and they are simply amazing to have got him back to being able to be in his allotment which he truly loves, without needing surgery. He is not completely out of the woods and still has some obstacles to pass, but from where he was to where he is now is truly a miracle given the severity of his injury. Both James and Natalie have been a godsend and we are so truly lucky to have had them in our lives to help my father with what he had been through. Thank you both for everything. Andy
