        Bought sheepskin slippers for just under 49 from Robert's Rugs Etsy shop. They fell apart with less than 2 months wear. Robert couldn't care less. After several messages eventually offered 25% off next purchase. I'm so disappointed. Edit: As you know I ordered these for Christmas and started my complaint in mid February. 5 stars were for the slippers before wear. You have not upheld your 3 month guarantee

        I wanted to place an order for the Genuine Rare Natural Sheepskin rug HERDWICK. But wanted it slightly larger than the ones on the website. I used the Live Chat option and asked if they had any larger ones. Robert immediately replied and told me the sizes vary and he found me a larger one. The rug then arrived the next day!! Absolutely beautiful perfect size and very thick and soft. Thank you so much for all you help Robert, 1st Class I couldn't recommend your shop more. 10 Stars !!!
