Great pub for dog/kid walks with access from the woods/common at the rear of the large kid friendly beer garden. Nice pint of rebellion too.

Just had dinner here for Mothers Day normally the food is nice however our table was half an hour late and food took over an hour to get to us. Roast potatoes were hard only a dribble of gravy and chicken was rubbery. Normally the pub is quite however I feel they tried booking to many in to make up there shortfall and unfortunately this had a knock on effect with food and service.overall very disappointing
