First Choice Marshalls

Irresponsible and not serious employees of this company. They planned to bring a washing machine on a certain day and did not arrive. I waited for them by their SMS notification from 7 am to 7 pm. No one ever came and did not warn that they would not come. Terribly irresponsible employees.

Book a service, arrived on time, really good communication, attending engineer was very polite and my machine is now working to a better standard

I would not recommend this company and the lady I spoke to on Tuesday 15th February should not be working there if she has personal issues. The lady confirmed I have Friday Appointment over the phone and sent a confirmation text, (all day appointment) I was kindly asked her if she could confirm a time beforehand and she was sounded really upset that I asked that question and told me if I cant stay home all day she can cancel the appointment (I didnt feel comfortable speaking with her and her bad attitude, it was very confusing). However, its now Friday, I took my day off and at 10am I opened the appointment message I received Tuesday, to see that my appointment had now changed for Saturday. (I understand these things happen with people getting sick, but I took the day off just sitting and waiting for an engineer) Ive lost my time and no one even contacted me about it, as well as losing salary for the day the phone calls are 10
