        unfortunately we have had a terrible experience with this company, not only was the service slow but we now have 3000 worth of mugs that are incorrect. when we raised this we have been told - its what you approved (I can assure you it is not) and that there is nothing they are prepared to do to rectify. as they had our money up front there is nothing that we can do. avoid at all costs. you are correct in your reply I did approve the PDF as it looked spot on unfortunately the final products did not match the approved document at all and as we raised many time we never had this printed sample you mention.
