We always get a turkey or Turkey crown from copas turkey for every Christmas via local butchers Murray brothers of penge : quality and taste is always consistently excellent since we started using them 5 yrs ago

There is no denying the wonderful taste of a Copas turkey, which we decided to reorder this year after years and years of Copas turkeys followed by a short break to support our local butcher. Bitterly disappointing and very stressful for my turkey not to arrive on the expected day. Whilst this was down to the couriers, it remains Copas responsibility until the bird arrives. It was well packaged but still fresh produce sitting around in a delivery depot or back of a van for too long! A 140 turkey with a 20 delivery charge was bad enough but then to have to stay in all day for no delivery really cheesed me off. There should have been 1 hour delivery slots in the first place, not an entire day window 3 days before Christmas. I called Copas and they said theyd call me back (which they didnt). They were apologetic about the non delivery but no sense of urgency, accountability or customer care, no offer of a part refund or discount code for next year and they didnt even check in to ensure the bird came the next day (which it did eventually). Needless to say, Ill be going back to my local butcher next year.

***Disaster****- no Turkey for Christmas - just had the phone call today to say our Turkey paid in October has been lost - Copas blame DPD despite last few days of us reporting Turkey not arrived - appalling customer care you that could not care less - and appallingly arrogant attitude - while their turkeys are great - the team running this show are definitely not- shame on you Copas we have been buying from you for years -
