High Wycombe Post Office

Quick, easy and helpful staff.

Each time we use this particular post office, full of un-trained and uncouth staff, it gets worse. The girls do not know how to speak to customers, they spend a lot of the time talking about customers while we are still in there, arguing with customers who have been using the same post office, for many, many years! The new arrangement leaves no space to swing a cat either! This place needs to shut down and stop offering any service as a POST OFFICE, which it is clearly not, anymore! Awful!!!

Miserable, unhelpful and not up to date on current postal rules. Asked to send a large letter of documents to Ireland and was met with a shake of the head and a no. I had to ask why, no explanation offered! Apparently due to cybercrime, impossible to send. Met with a shrug when asked for advice. Turns out you can post letters if you do it via the internet. Lovely postman collected it from my home!My letter is in Ireland 2 days later. Shocking service

Quite a wait as it was busy, only 1 person serving whilst other staff member tidied behind counter, which caused the queue to build up. When served normal post office service

At this post office, the older staff member at the parcels pick up/ drop off point was more tolerant, understanding, helpful, and professional. But then all of sudden a new much jonger male staff is now at the parcels pick up/ dropping off at desk number ( 6) that jong guy ( staff ) there, is very rude, very bossy, impolite, and has an attitude with customers/ clients depending on what you wearing (clothing) or how you look like, his facial expressions, speaks thousand words of hate for some kinds of customers/ clients. Something needs to be done about him , he has to be removed from that post office. He definitely have and has behaviour issues, attitude that are unacceptable. His case needs to be addressed professionally. Because of this particular hateful staff, I have stopped going to that post office , just 3mn walk away from me! And I encourage anyone reading this, to look out for more friendly post office near/ or payzone store with normal, professional staff! That are not judgemental, hateful, unprofessional and can't contain themselves.
