Steve Baker and his team (take a bow J and S) have gone the extra mile for us in relation to a difficult and complicated experience relating to a family member stranded in the UK for 11 months due to covid restrictions in his own country. We have been met with kindness, understanding and unstinting support from them all, which really helped us cope with a very stressful situation. We will always be grateful.

Over a year ago I made a Google review stating: Never been assisted I received a reply to contact them; in which I called the office and I informed the individual as to why I was calling and was informed they will look into my paperwork, they responded with: Dear Mr Rasul Thank you for ringing the constituency office on Monday, following my contact with you after seeing the rating you left on Google. I have now had a chance to look at your case. The last note on our files was a letter sent to you in October 2016. In the letter I suggested you should continue to work with the Council on finding resolution to your concerns about your brothers care at Stepping Stones, and to seek legal advice if you wished to resolve the matter in law. My advice remains the same. Legal matters and court cases are not something that fall within the remit of a Member of Parliament. I know this is a disappointment but I am satisfied my team has given you the best service that is possible. If there are other matters with which you would like my assistance you are, of course, welcome to get in touch. Yours sincerely, Steve Baker INSTEAD OF HELPING THE PEOPLE OF HIGH WYCOMBE WITH ISSUES OF A DAYCARE FACILITY WHICH IS NOT SUFFICIENT, THEY DO NOTHING.
