I consistently have negative experiences with this restaurant, so I have finally decided to post a negative review. I ordered a large pizza today for the family. Every time I make an order, the order arrives either too late or too early. Today the order arrived 30 minutes earlier than I asked and unfortunately it was the wrong order. I called Caprinos to advise of them of the error. They did not apologise but rather offered to send a replacement pizza and assured me they would deliver it within a half hour. Given their consistently late delivery, I declined their offer and asked for a refund instead. Caprinos refused to provide a refund and offered a 50% voucher for my next order or a replacement. Rather than become angry and argue, I accepted their original offer of a replacement. As expected the replacement arrived an hour and a half later (the kids had to get ready for bed by then). Caprinos is a depressing reminder that it is often the smaller businesses which treat their customers the most poorly. You may have a better experience than I would, but if you have young kids excited for Friday pizza, note that every time you make an order, youre taking an unnecessary gamble, because they genuinely could not care less once they have your money.

Very very poor service I ordered pizza for home delivery nothing came within 1 hour I called back after checking my details was told driver will be with me within 10 minutes nothing arrived i called again after 20 minutes and was told I havent placed any order it was so frustrating totally avoid this shop no customer service at all
