Absolutely ridiculous!!! Ordered for delivery via the app, paid via credit card, over an hour past the estimated delivery time, nobody answering the store phone, got on to the call centre who say "sorry but the High Wycombe branch is closed today". Now have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. If your branch is closed, your app shouldn't allow orders to be processed. If I could give a zero star rating I would!

Placed an order for 2 pizzas at 4.13pm. It's now 5.30pm and still no pizza. The shop is less than a mile away from me?!?!?!!?

Sorry to say hott hott chicken chunks where really nice and fire like they mentioned but unfortunately the pizza was not as tasty as they mentioned cheese was missing on part pizza and was tasteless only taste was sauce and jalapeo Sorry but will give another try 1 day see if changed we did have piri prii as free pizza and x2 bbq pizza
