ASDA Pharmacy

Doctor sent my prescription to asda pharmacy 3 days before I went to collect but when I got there I still had to wait 2o minutes for it to be made up it didn't even seem that busy at the time as it just after they opened

Me and my family regularly get all our medications and repeat prescriptions from Asda Pharmacy at the Holmers Farm Way, High Wycombe store. The inside of the pharmacy is always clean and tidy and well stocked. The staff over the counter and the main pharmacist are always pleasant and friendly. The pharmacist Hitan Banoo and Kumar and the counter staff Priya, Marie, Caitlan, Afsar, Ayesha are always very friendly and polite. The pharmacists and the counter staff always give exceptional customer service experience and that is why we always return for all our regular medications. The ASDA Pharmacy is located at the back of the ASDA store so its very convenient to park in the main car park. It really helps as I can do all my main shopping and same time collect my medication. Calling them before going to the pharmacy was very helpful as their staff are pleasant and friendly and will answer the questions to see if the prescriptions are made up to collect or if any item needs to be ordered in. Overall, the customer service at the ASDA Pharmacy is always exceptional and memorable as the level of service is always amazing.

Very unhelpful needs training in customer service. She is very rude and shouts at you and is very unpleasant when she talks to you and very unhelpful
