Rowlands Pharmacy Totteridge Drive

I actually came to this pharmacy after having mistaken it for another one in the area. The ladies working here were all incredibly polite and understanding and even attempted to redirect me towards the pharmacy I was looking for. In the end I managed to get what I needed from this pharmacy instead and left a happy customer. Big thumbs up to everyone working here, even though they were all busy they took time out to help me. Thanks again

We can't get your prescription in stock... You have to try somewhere else. No logic there or maybe because I'm over 60....work it out.

Not overly impressed with this branch, when my prescriptions are sent over i have to allow at least 5 days as they send most things off to their central warehouse for picking, then when I go to collect as I did this morning, i find out they've changed opening times. On a previous attempt i was stood for ten minutes before being told that the pharmacist was going to be at least twenty more minutes and that they couldn't dispense a script they'd had for ten days without him being on site. Perhaps a new alarm clock would be in order..

If you live in these area where the pharmacy is you must be struggling because I do too and I feel your pain, because first there's no space at all for four customer to be inside the pharmacy room, secondly they always lack of short medicine, the staffs are not nice or helpful.
