Great customer service Went on bank holiday when they were closing early but they stayed a little late until my daughters prescription was delivered so I can get that for her. Cant thank them enough for their kind service.

Went on Sunday morning to get some medicines for my daughter. It was a bit busy with a queue but the man serving was so efficient and helpful to everyone. He gave me extra advice about the medicines I bought. Thank goodness this place is open late and Sundays to offer advice to people when there is no chance of seeing a GP. Thank you everyone at Q2!

I had to visit this pharmacy as no one has stock of anti-biotic I was prescribed. My doctor has called them and send them prescription and ask me to pick up the tablets. I come across very arrogant and rude young girl, wearing green top and Black hijab whose listening skills were totally zero. I had an old prescription which I have shown her as well as told her why am I here, she was keep saying, the prescription hasnt been transferred. I have shown her the text message from my gps surgery and upon checking she found the new prescription. She was very rude and I will highly recommend everyone to avoid this place. They dont have friendly approach and it seems they are only there for the sake of earning money rather than job satisfaction. What a shame!
