Khalid, Yassur and all the staff in this place are so customer focused. They ttrat each customer with dignity and respect. They will always go that extra to support their customers and my experience has always been nothing but first class. This is by far the best pharmacy's in the UK! I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you don't get you prescriptions from here then what are you waiting for! They don't just offer prescription service but many other services too so definitely worth using.

I reached out to Lansdales Pharmacy on the 27th December after feeling increasingly unwell over the last 2 weeks, and despite being closed I was able to pop in and have a Strep A test (which luckily was negative) and was prescribed antibiotics and stronger painkillers. The gentleman I saw was incredibly helpful and friendly and I can't thank him enough! Day 2 and I'm out of bed and I'm definitely feeling better. What a service this Pharmacy offers.....certainly not like anything I've experienced before.

As a family, we moved to Lansdale Pharmacy around a month ago. So far it's been a very good experience, deserving 5 stars. The staff are pleasant and helpful. One assistant even remembered my name. Given that they are really busy and I am a new customer, I found that amazing but pleasing. Being able to park close by is a real bonus too.

I called Lansdales Pharamacy yesterday and asked if it was possible for someone to have a look at my daughters ears as they had been causing her discomfort and lack of hearing for months. I knew I would not get through to her GP, so called Lansdales in Penn who referred me on to Lansdale Desborough. My daughter was seen by a very helpful gentleman called Yasser, who went over and above to assist us and alleviate her symptoms and the general condition in her ears. I was really impressed and very grateful for the professionalism shown, the excellent quality of equipment/camera used and the overall helpfulness of Yasser. I would completely recommend Lansdale Pharmacy, in this age of being unable to see a GP (took me an hour to get through to mine just for me to get an appointment after 4 years!)
