For years now this pharmacy has been a nightmare horrendous queues and long waits when u get to be served if I had 1 for every time they have lost my prescription I would be rich in July I went to get my repeat fine then told here's another one , it was a script from march which they are supposed to send to the surgery's supplyer to dispatch medical equipment directly to me still unposted after 5 mths nowonder I have to ring them direct regularly to send me supplies urgently as I have run out . They do this repeatedly and there seems to be no protocol in place to prevent the same errors being repeated countless times . I no longer get my scripts here but collect them and take to a proper pharmacy where they don't make mstakes . And I know I'm not the only one as I frequently hear other patients complaining about their scripts being lost, avoid

Firstly, I do feel for the staff working here. It can't be an easy job. But I do think there are things they can do to help themselves. Be clear when prescriptions are going to be ready. The long queues are caused when people whose prescription should be ready turn up and they have to wait whilst they get it ready. Extend the time if it is needed. I try to combat this by calling first, but last Thursday and Friday they didn't answer the phone. I also think the surgery should invest in Electronic Prescription Service so that people could alleviate the pressure and use other services. This would surely help.

Usually don't have when the doctor next door prescribe. Tell you it will be there on Monday or they will call you. It is not there on Monday, or Tuesday and no calls at all. Waste of trips plus massive issue with parking. Long queue just to find out they don't have it for you!
