        Inconsiderate staff, there is always either no answer or delay in answering the phone, no communication between staff members, right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, extremely inefficient, huge delays in getting pain relief medication for my mother which had been authorised by GP practice.

        The worst pharmacy in town. Unfriendly and rude.This morning 9am and they are still not ready do open their doors. Asked to wait another 5 mins. One staff member floating between pharmacy counter and jabs counter and 4 staff members chatting and pretending to be extremely busy in the back room. Over 35 mins wait for a prescription to be ready while waiting with a 10 week old in my arms. Absolutely disgraceful.
