    I started training with Tom last year to improve my confidence in strength training and using gym equipments. Hes been supportive , helpful and is engaging during sessions. He creates personalised plans based on your requirements and your ability . He is flexible with your preferences of dietary choice or workout routine . I feel much more confident now on weight training independently. Id definitely recommend him if you need any guidance in your fitness journey .

Tomasz brings extensive knowledge and experience, and adopts a very positive and motivating approach to deliver a structured, technically detailed programme that delivers.     Wanted to kickstart gym workouts after lockdown restrictions kept me away for over 12 months..... I had a number of specific aims (lower body & core strength for motorcycle track days) coupled with all round body fitness) and as Im relatively new to gyms decided a well qualified personal trainer would speed this along. Tom listened and discussed these aims with me, and created a plan to achieve a balanced approach to my main objectives.... Initially started 2 days a week with Tom, but upped this to 3 days as the motivation from working with him really pushes me to achieve much more than I could do on my own.... He has great communication skill passing across knowledge of how to do exercises correctly and what you are targeting when doing them.... He does this humour whilst constantly pushing you to do more, but safely.. varying the exercises to keep it interesting..... If you want a soft easy training life look elsewhere if you want to keep pushing yourself for results, go with Tom
